NRG provides integration development and consulting services. You can hire us to advise you - or have us do the integration for you. If you are integrating yourself, we provide documentation and sample files with each solution.
In many cases, our customers discover that they can improve the workflow in their own systems at the same time they integrate with NRG. Regardless of who does your integration, you'll want to consider these questions in the planning stage:

Requirements & Developer Info
Here's what you need to know:
- The files are optimized for FileMaker 10 and above. They will work with 8.5 or above, but we utilize hidden tabs and script triggers.
- We provide our own helper applications to communicate with USB scales and thermal printers.
- We utilize several of the Troi Plugins which get installed via the NRGship installer.
- Database files are accessible to developers, but because we provide updates we highly recommend that you don't adjust the interface.
- Most Scripts can be viewed, but not modified. Scripts which communicate with the carriers are locked due to certification. End-user scripts are accessible to enhance functionality.
- Developer documentation and sample scripts are provided for quick integration.

SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The service subscription includes technical support and software updates for both carrier compliance and feature upgrades.
Technical Support
- Tech Support covers answering questions pertaining to existing software feature sets, general troubleshooting and resolution of error codes
- Tech Support is available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CST and allows for unlimited phone and email questions
- NRG responds to support calls placed (262-432-0934) and support email (support@nrgsoft.com) within 4 business day hours
- Training of new business users, software installation (including updates & upgrades), custom feature requests, support responses that require attention outside of standard support hours, and any remote desktop care sessions are not covered under the service subscription and are billed separately at $150 per hour (available in quarter hour increments)
Software Upgrades and Updates
- NRG will release incremental software updates 2-3 times per year, with 1 of them usually being a major upgrade
- NRG will maintain compliance with Carriers to ensure customer shipping services through the software
